We are confident that you will be happy with our courses, and the service you receive from iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com). Still, we do understand that you may need to change your plans. Please feel free to opt-out the course mentioning justifiable reasons for the same. We are here to help you. By registering for a course on iTrack (www.itrackgobal.com) you agree to the following Cancellation policy as well to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, in any event of whether such registration was made through iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com) website, via email, telephone, or any other means.

iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com) reserves the absolute right to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website. There are limited seats available in any Live-online class for learners availing the Batch-Shift Option. iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com) may not be able to accommodate certain Batch-Shift requests in case of the unavailability of seats in Batch-Shift allocation or in case the batch is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com) will provide options to join other batches where seats are available.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Self-Paced Learning

• Please note - No refund will be done for Self-Paced courses.
• No refund will be provided, if anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content, access will be blocked at the same time.
• In the case of a refund, the tax amount will not be refunded.
• Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Bangalore (Karnataka). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of Bangalore (Karnataka), India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Self-Paced Learning

Trans Neuron Technologies reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, bandwidth or technology issue, or uncontrollable events like earthquakes, floods, and pandemic situations like COVID19 or trainer personal emergencies.

• In case iTrack (www.itrackglobal.com) cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the registrants.
• If a cancellation is done by a registrant 7 days or more, prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the registrant.
• If a cancellation is done by a registrant 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
• No transport or allowances of any nature will be provided until and unless it is explicitly communicated to the registrant under special considerations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Online Training

• Trans Neuron Technologies reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, bandwidth or technology issue or uncontrollable events like earthquakes, floods, pandemic situations like COVID19 or trainer personal emergencies.
• The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day's session or have accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
• If the registrant does not turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.
• Raise refund requests within 7 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
• In the case of a refund, the tax amount will not be refunded.
